Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure your health and safety, Asda’a Al-Shorouk does not allow returns or exchanges of its products due to health reasons and to maintain public safety, except for products that arrive defective or damaged.

You can exchange or return defective or damaged products.

You can exchange or return defective or damaged products through our customer service, available via email or WhatsApp, provided that the product being exchanged or returned is in its original condition, with the original packaging intact, and has not been used, opened, or altered in any way. The original purchase invoice must also be provided.
You can exchange or return the damaged product within 3 days of receiving it. The exchange or return process may take up to 10 business days. Once the damaged product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed to your account within 3 business days from the date we receive the product.
If you wish to exchange the damaged product for a replacement, please pay the price difference (if applicable) between the damaged product and the replacement product.

Notice

When the customer’s order is shipped and a message is sent to the customer with the tracking number, we apologize for any cancellation or order stoppage after the shipment has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping company. If the shipment is returned by the shipping company after repeated contact with the customer and the customer fails to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, both for the delivery and the return of the shipment
